3 Bedroom House in Geneseo

This new three bedroom, 3.5 bath home is designed for comfortable living and entertaining. Nothing was spared on the details or quality of materials. The floors are oak, marble, granite and porcine. On site paved parking for six cars. This new three story home has new bedding, furniture and kitchen utensils . The spacious kitchen has an eat at island that seats 10. The fully equipped granite kitchen is ready to cook and entertain. The kitchen/living room over looks the lake on the main level. The foundation level has a large lake side room for entertaining. There is also a full bath with a 30" x 60" shower and laundry room. Plenty of room for several air mattresses too. The three bedrooms on the third level have a new King, Queen and two twin beds comfortably sleeping 6. The Master bedroom bath has a 4 foot square shower. The marble family bath has a 36" corner shower. The driveway is surrounded by a dry stacked limestone wall and landscaping. The north side of the house has a large patio with an umbrella table and chairs. The south side of the house is all grass and has a fire pit on the water level by the dock. The new aluminum dock stretches out into the crystal clear lake with a large 12' x 8' end section for fishing or sun bathing. The water is about 40" deep for most of the dock length. The water gets several feet deeper a little farther out.

Summary: The house itself was great as was the location. Right on the lake with big windows and patio to enjoy the view. It was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. We also appreciated the early check-in that helped our arrival day so much. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Mark was great about letting us check-in early which meant the kids could play on the water sooner. House setup was perfect for families. The kayaks and paddle boards were great. Overall it was a fantastic stay

Summary: The cottage, location and cleanliness were exceptional. After renting cottages on the Finger Lakes for many years, this was by far the best rental ever. My wife, children and grandchildren had the time of their life and we booked it again for next year.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The location was excellent and quite peaceful. House was immaculate, well appointed, and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. We enjoyed the paddleboards and kayak, and spent many hours on the water. Mark is a very responsive host and answered any questions we had within minutes. We would love to return next year!

Summary: We had an awesome stay here. The house is very nice, many full bathrooms. The beach was a big hit with our 6 and 2 yr olds, nice in a cove where it’s shallow and protected from the bigger waves. Great location, would absolutely consider staying again!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the New Build. The house is very nicely laid out with many amenities. You can see that a lot of thought was put into the little things like lots of towels and kitchen accessories. I have 2 recommendations. 1) the house is on a blind curve to the south so mounting a mirror across the street would be helpful, and 2) we rented a pontoon boat and we couldn’t easily slide into the sides of the dock so we had to use the end of the dock. Overall I definitely recommend this house to anyone.i

Summary: The house is absolutely fantastic. Everything was in tiptop shape. The layout is perfect. Looks like a five star modern hotel. Very well stocked as well. It is located on an excellent spot in the lake. Just feet from the water with a wonderful view of the sunrise. Fishing off the dock was great. A lot of bass activity! A quick ride in a boat or a car and you can get to the park at the top of the lake with the sandbar and swimming. Kids had tons of fun snorkeling for shells. The family absolutely loved it and are already planing to return.

Summary: Awesome place. Well equipped. View of the lake was outstanding. Having 3 and a half bathroom was great. The only slight negative was pulling out of the driveway. The bushes (probably the neighbors) block your view so you had roll down you window, and listen for oncoming cars before you pulled out. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay and would stay again.

Summary: Went here off-season for the eclipse. Great view and peaceful place. Easy to get to and loads of things to do in the area. House was clean and neat. Did have some WiFi issues but not a big deal. Easy to work with the owner and communication was great!
